Our homes are our kingdoms. And we’re always looking for innovative approaches to enhancing their aesthetic appeal and improving their air quality.
That’s why I started looking for new fragrances for my Rainbow vacuum cleaner. Not because the ones provided by Rainbow are bad, but because I wanted to see what else was available on the market. So now I want to tell you about the Rainbow vacuum fragrance alternatives.
Even though I didn’t find many options, the ones I did find were cheaper than the Rainbow fragrances and emitted a lovely, lasting scent without discoloring the tank.

Eternal Essence Oils Tropical
What’s the best way to make your house smell like a tropical paradise than purchasing a tropical-scented oil set?
While there are plenty of things that I like about these fragrances, my favorite one is that they don’t foam. To put it another way, you can use them with your Rainbow vacuum without worrying about damaging its internal components.
Additionally, these fragrances offer a long-lasting smell and cost less than Rainbow ones. In other words, you will save cash without sacrificing quality.
What’s more, if you’re feeling creative and want to test your blending skills, you can try mixing up the fragrances to your liking.
The result will not only captivate your surroundings but also charm your guests with an irresistible aroma that is your unique creation.
Most importantly, the oils are vegan-certified and cruelty-free. Unfortunately, the exact ingredients are not listed.
However, I’ve done some digging and found that they are made from a mix of both natural and synthetic ingredients. They are also safe to use around pets.
The main drawback of these fragrances is that they can induce allergic reactions in those with respiratory issues.
Eternal Essence Oils Holiday
The next set of fragrances comes from the same brand as the previous set, Eternal Essential Oils. However, this time this collection will take you to the best part of the year—the holidays!
What’s great about these fragrances is that all the scents will bring you to holiday nostalgia land, where everything smells cozy and festive. In other words, you’ll enjoy every second of your time whenever you are at home.
However, just like the previous set, the exact ingredients are not listed, but they are both natural and synthetic. They’re also cruelty-free, vegan-certified, and safe to use around pets.
Once again, using these fragrances around people with respiratory problems is not advised.
Eternal Essence Oils Island GetAway
I’m back with another Eternal Essence Oils, the Island Getaway.
Not only do these fragrances smell fantastic, but they also have a long-lasting aroma that makes your indoor air smell like heaven.
Aside from being perfectly safe on a Rainbow vacuum, they may also be used with a diffuser if you have one. If you don’t have a diffuser, you can put some on a cloth and rub it on the surface. In other words, the possibilities are endless.
Furthermore, the oils are non-flammable and should be used diluted at a ratio of 3 to 5%.
Just like the other two sets from the same company, this set is pet-friendly.
I’ll share a personal trick to make your room smell even more impressive. Put a few drops in a candle wax warmer with the wax and enjoy. Simple but effective.
P&J Trading Christmas
Moving on to another brand, P&J Trading’s fragrances are another option to consider when looking for alternatives to Rainbow fragrances.
This collection is named after Christmas, but the scent is so good that you’ll want to keep it around all year. The set includes a Christmas wreath, mistletoe, candy cane, gingerbread, cinnamon, and cranberry fragrances.
All these fragrances are 100% gluten-free. On top of that, they are made from aroma chemicals, aroma compounds, and some essential oils.
They are also pet-friendly, vegan, and cruelty-free.
P&J Trading’s Winter
Warm your home with this aromatic, elegant, and heartwarming winter fragrance. It’s the easiest way to impress your guests and leaves a fantastic impression on anyone who steps inside your house.
P&J Trading’s Winter consists of 6 winter-flavored fragrance oils you can choose from. Each one will leave you with a lovely aroma that you wish could last forever.
If you want my recommendation, start with the Harvest Spice and Christmas Wreath fragrances. Pretty much everyone who has tried this fragrance has been amazed by its smell.
And I can assure you that it will be the first thing your guests will notice the moment you open the door.
Unfortunately, some customers have reported having an issue using this set of fragrances around people with respiratory problems.
Conclusion
You’ve undoubtedly noticed that the alternatives I presented above are from just two brands. This is because most other fragrances on the market are either unsafe for your Rainbow vacuum or just not worth the price.
As a result, if you have any experience with a decent scent that can be used on a Rainbow vacuum that isn’t listed above, please share it in the comments section below. As usual, it’s always a pleasure to hear your thoughts. Therefore, if you decide to go with one of the fragrances mentioned above, we would highly appreciate it if you could tell us your opinion.
